Whale watching in Mauritius offers an incredible opportunity to witness these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Sperm whales can be seen year-round, while humpback whales are typically spotted during their winter migration, from June to September. In Mauritius, swimming with whales is prohibited out of respect for their natural environment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. The operator reserves the right to apply a  50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the date of the excursion by the client.
2. 100% Cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of the excursion by the client.
3. Cancellation 48 hours in advance of the boarding will entitle the client to reschedule the cruise, depending on the operator's availability.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right at its own discretion to cancel or reschedule the cruise.
5. If, however, the client refuses the rescheduling, they will be refunded up to 50% of the total amount of the cruise that is booked.
